The 30 kW / 60 kWh high-voltage industrial and commercial energy storage system is a modular, cabinet-type solution designed for medium-scale applications such as factories, office buildings, data centers, microgrids, and small renewable plants. It combines a 30 kW bidirectional power conversion system (PCS) with 60 kWh of high-energy-density lithium battery packs, delivering a stable and efficient energy storage platform.Operating on a high-voltage DC architecture, the system achieves higher conversion efficiency and lower cable losses compared with low-voltage solutions. This makes it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring frequent charge–discharge cycles, such as peak shaving and valley filling, demand response, and renewable energy smoothing. The rated power of 30 kW allows it to handle typical building loads, support critical equipment, and provide grid-interactive functions when integrated with appropriate control systems.The system adopts advanced lithium iron phosphate battery technology, known for its long cycle life, high safety, and thermal stability. Individual battery modules are managed by a layered battery management system (BMS), including cell-level monitoring, balancing, and fault diagnosis. The BMS works in coordination with the PCS to optimize charge and discharge profiles, extend battery lifespan, and maintain operation within safe voltage, temperature, and current limits.Safety is a core design principle. The cabinet integrates multi-level protection mechanisms, including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short-circuit, overtemperature, and insulation monitoring. Fire protection design may include temperature sensors, smoke detection, and optional automatic fire suppression interfaces. The enclosure is robust and suitable for indoor industrial environments, with protection levels that reduce dust ingress and improve operational reliability.Intelligent energy management capabilities are provided through an integrated controller and communication interfaces such as CAN, Modbus, or Ethernet. Users can remotely monitor state of charge (SoC), state of health (SoH), real-time power, and alarm information via a local HMI or cloud platform. Flexible control strategies support multiple operation modes: self-consumption optimization with photovoltaics, peak load reduction, backup power supply, and participation in ancillary services where regulations allow.Installation and maintenance are simplified through modular design. Battery modules and power electronics are pre-integrated in a compact footprint, reducing onsite wiring and commissioning time. Front-access layout facilitates routine inspection, replacement of modules, and upgrades. The system can be used as a standalone unit or paralleled with additional cabinets to expand capacity and power as project demands grow.By providing 30 kW of power and 60 kWh of storage in a single, integrated package, this high-voltage energy storage system helps industrial and commercial users lower electricity bills, improve power reliability, and increase the utilization of renewable energy, while supporting the transition toward a more flexible and resilient energy infrastructure.
